How to properly resume the work of a laser cutting machine that has not been used for a long time?
Preparations before testing
1. In order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, ensure that the main power supply of the laser system and water cooler is disconnected, and live-work is strictly prohibited
2. Close all inlet and outlet valves of the water cooler
01 Power Check
1. The laser cutting equipment needs to check all the line conditions before turning on the power. Check whether the power supply line is damaged or has been poorly contacted, and confirm whether the three-phase voltages are balanced
2. Check whether the control signal line is loose and ensure that the connection is firm
3. Check whether the input voltage of the main control switch is stable and whether the power connection post is loose
02 Laser source Inspection
1. Turn on the power to check whether there is any abnormality
2. After the power check is completed, start the laser power switch to complete the laser power-on
3. Wait 30 minutes for the laser to dehumidify itself
03 Water cooler inspection
1. Confirm again that the water inlet and outlet valves are closed
2. Water tank / water pipe: no bending, no blockage, no damage, then cleaning the water tank and water pipe properly.
3. Tighten the water pipe joints to ensure the connection is firm and smooth
4. Inject the specified amount of water into the water cooler and let it stand for 30 minutes to ensure that there is no sign of water leakage
5. Turn on the power switch of the water cooler, and keep the power of other equipment off
6. Open the water inlet and outlet valves of the water cooler a bit, then turn on the water chiller, circulate the cooling water from the laser and the optical head back to the water tank at a low flow rate, and empty the excess air in the water circuit pipeline. this process should be done within 1 minute.
7. Mark the position of the water level of the water tank, let it stand for 30 minutes again, observe whether the water level changes and once again ensure that there is no water leakage in the internal pipeline
8. When there is no problem with the above confirmation, re-run the water cooler, open the water valve normally, wait for the water temperature to reach the set temperature, and prepare for the operation of the equipment
04 Check the air supply system
1. Check again that the gas pipeline is not damaged, not blocked, and has a good airtightness
2. Check whether the control valve is open, and then manually test whether the gas outlet is normal
3. Customers who use air compressors must ensure that the air compressors are running normally, and the post-filters and air dryers are working properly
05 Machine Inspection
1. Start the operating software, and the machine tool returns to the mechanical origin
2. Before returning to zero, please ensure that there are no sundries on the work surface, dust cover and towline to ensure normal zero return
3. Then confirm whether the X, Y, Z manual operation is normal
4. Check whether the nozzle and ceramic ring are locked, check the cleanliness of the lower protective mirror, manual calibration, and coaxial detection
5. Check the lubricating oil circuit and perform manual oiling
Inspection before equipment work
1. Confirm that the water temperature of the water cooler has reached the set temperature
2. Turn on the power switch of the laser processing system. After the laser is powered on, the POWER indicator on the laser panel will light up.
3. Select the red light detection method to check the cleanliness of the lens
4. Coaxial test: judge the coaxially between the nozzle outlet hole and the laser beam according to the following standard
