Electrical installation security notice

1. According to drawing  make sure that the right system installation ,please do not damage power supply and tread, twist, pull the electric cable. Cable damage may cause electric shock, short circuit, on fire.

2. Please turn off the power supply to stop the run when there is burning smell, abnormal noise, abnormal heating, up in smoke and other abnormal phenomena. Otherwise get electric shock, on fire and other dangerous.

3. In order to ensure personal safety, please wear exclusive laser protective glasses when output laser. The laser exit port is strictly forbidden to humans body and eyes.

4. When the PCB control board under the power, should not get in touch with metal at the bottom

Use considerations

2. When welding, the work piece and work table should not contact with the earth, proper use the safety touch wire.

3.  Incline angle as much as possible when use it, can increase protection lens service life, and handle with care.

4. When hand torch head overheat and output laser is weak, please stop using immediately. Inspect the protection lens is clean or not. Do not attempt to use before output normal power, otherwise the laser may cause hand torch head and humman body.

5. If the protection lens was damaged, please exchange new one in time, in order to avoid damages wobble lens system. Stop to use without protection lens and gas, and use qualified gas and right pressure.

6. When use long term should often check the guiding light is on the nozzle’s center or not. QBH connect, nozzle pipe, nozzle adjustment.

7. If the nozzle become heat until red, should check the nozzle’s inner wall is smooth or not, if not smooth need replace new one.If inner wall is smooth, should check the guide beam situation at nozzle’s center or not. If not at center situation, contact with manufacture please.
